RETREAT 2010

SIXTEENTH SWIC SPINNING RETREAT INVITATION

THE DATES.............June 17 - 20, 2010
THE PLACE.............St Charles Catholic retreat Center
..................................Moss Bluff, LA (just north of Lake Charles)

No Deposits will be necessary, but we must have entire amount sent to SWIC by May 15, 2010; confirmations will be sent the 1st. week of June.

This invitation is extended only to people 13 years old and older who are coming to spin, & weave. We regret that this does not include extended family and friends. The St. Charles Catholic Center requires that all(overnight AND day vistors) guests register in advance. There fore we cannot allow "drop-in" visitors.

Door prize donations are welcome but we ask that it be fiber related and something that you would not mind getting yourself. Bring your "show and tell" creations and remember that there may be an informal fashion show!! A White Elephant Table will also be set up for freebies that you want to get rid off.

The guidelines of the St. Charles Catholic Retreat Center prohibit pets. Use of Tobacco products is not allowed INSIDE any building. No alcoholic beverages are allowed on the premises. THIS YEAR'S CHALLENGE AND EXCHANGE IS any type of Jewelry made with handspun and whatever else.... Please try and do this challenge - it is fun, creative and anyone who attends Retreat qualifies.
